Program Elements

  • Six-month duration; up to 12 participants per cohort
  • Alignment conversation with Manager and HR Business Partner to gather baseline metrics used to create a Performance Profile for each participant, and track progress at check-points during the program.
  • Personal Performance Profile – network, performance, impact
  • 60-min 1:1 Participant Intake call to help participants frame their personal goals and mindset.
  • 12 – one-hour facilitator-led Cohort Calls – video conference format
  • 12 – one-hour Pod Calls: 3-person pods for participant-led work during “off” weeks.
  • 6 – one-hour 1:1 coaching calls
  • Depth and rigor in the Breakthrough Belief model and six competencies
    • Know your story. Own your story. [Worth]
    • Circumstances are real – be powerful anyway. [Accountability]
    • Become aware of limiting beliefs and transform them into breakthrough beliefs. [Power]
