  • 2017 Breaking Glass Forum for Women Executives: Innovation, Influence and Intersectionality
    8:30 AM-6:00 PM
    Mar/Thu/2017

The Dignitas Agency's Stacy Parson speaking at 2017 Breaking Glass Forum for Women Executives: Innovation, Influence and Intersectionality

Too often, women are seen as monolithic, one-dimensional stereotypes and not the multi-faceted people we are. Each of us brings different layers of identity to the table – woman, person of color, immigrant, gay, etc. And this intersectionality can give us unique leadership challenges in the workplace.

Join this Executive Forum to transform these challenges into opportunities and take your leadership to the next level. Expand your connections, engage in real problem solving and become your most powerful self within a strong, supportive community of women executives.

This event is by invitation only to Director level and above at both established and startup organizations. Attendees will be limited to 75, so reserve your spot asap!

  • 2017 Forum on Workplace Inclusion
    All day
    Mar/Mon/2017-Mar/Thu/2017

For nearly 30 years, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion has built an active community of cross-sector leaders who gather each year to learn and grow through facilitated dialogue, structured networking and experiential learning.

At a time when our communities are experiencing charged dynamics around societal events, political shifts, and racial and religious polarization, it is more important than ever that leaders have the mindsets, skill sets and tool sets necessary for responsive leadership that drives strategies for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The DIGNITAS Agency will facilitate the following three workshops at this year’s event:

    • Diversity & Inclusion is Failing: How to Drive Next Level Results
    • Managing Your Courage and Energy: Are You Tired or Just Out of Breath?
    • Why Isn’t Your CEO An Activist?

Stop by The DIGNITAS Agency exhibit at Booth #527 to connect with our team!

  • 2017 Forum on Workplace Inclusion – Diversity and Inclusion is Failing
    11:30 AM-3:00 PM
    Mar/Tue/2017

Diversity and Inclusion is Failing: How to Drive Next Level Results (Session Code: SEM-L)

Date and Time: Tuesday, March 28, 2017 12:30–4:00 pm
    Length: 3.5 hours
    Level: Advanced
    Track: Innovation & Transformation
Presenter: Stacy Parson, The Dignitas Agency, Partner

This sessions tackles, head-on, the lack of traction that Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are experiencing. Using a tested framework for leadership accountability and generating intended results, we will take participants through a process of isolated root causes of failure and designing radical solutions for success. This framework is specifically designed to help leaders create Next Level Results for their organizations, by leading in a much more deliberate, powerful and grounded manner. The session will also include tools for taking on fundamental change inside of an organization from the “middle” versus “top” of that organization.

Rather than spend time having someone talk to them about what they should do to achieve Next Level Results, participants will spend time designing and getting feedback on their real work. In this way, this session is a true accelerator for participants.

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Learn a simple leadership accountability model for consistently delivering intended results.
    • Learn how to use this model as both a diagnostic/self-assessment tool and a solution design tool.
    • Learn specific techniques and approaches for driving Next Level Results inside organizations and creating change aroundcomplex and highly charged issues.

Please check out the event website to register for the event and for more information about registration.
