Angela Taylor

Angela Taylor

Partner

Angela has spent her career in rooms where the stakes are high & the pressure is public. Under Hall of Fame coach Tara VanDerveer, she won two NCAA championships at Stanford (1990, 1992). She went on to serve as President & General Manager in the WNBA, building teams & leading organizations through change.

Today she is an executive coach, a women’s basketball analyst for the Pac-12 Network & host of the podcast Unlocking the Club. Her work centers on deep listening, turning silence into strength & invisibility into impact, for the leaders she coaches & the teams they lead.

Angela is based in Boise, where she also leads iWIN Sports (Idaho Women & Girls in Sports) & The Taylor LEAD Foundation.

Stacy Parson

Stacy Parson

Stacy brings the action orientation of a consultant & the reflective, discovery-based methods of a coach, an approach she calls “grounded innovation.” She is Principal of Knowetry Consulting.

Before that she led Employee Development at Yahoo!, overseeing global onboarding, capability development & career development. Her Career Development @ Yahoo! workshop reached about 2,000 people in 15 countries & contributed to a 7% increase in career engagement in six months. Earlier, she spent 12 years in management consulting with Deloitte, focused on individual & team coaching, organizational change & strategic communications.

Her coaching, leadership development & team effectiveness clients include GitHub, Google, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, NetApp & the University of San Francisco. She helps high achievers become happy high achievers.
